How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or checkout as a guest.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Saturday).

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery is available in Kampala and nearby areas for orders placed before 12 PM (subject to stock availability).

How long does shipping take?

• Kampala: Same day or next business day.
• Major towns: 1–3 business days.
• Upcountry: 2–5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we are currently working in Uganda only. But if any order going to some countries surrounding we can arrange special.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return unused items in their original packaging.

How do I return an item?

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

We accept major Cash on Delivery, Mobile Money(MTN, Airtel) .

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, All transactions are processed securely. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Do you have a physical store?

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save your information.

How do I reset my password?
