This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how ShopuDeals ships orders, estimated delivery times, delivery fees, tracking. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Saturday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Same-day delivery (Kampala & nearby areas)

Same-day delivery available within Kampala and selected areas for eligible in-stock items ordered before the cut-off time shown at checkout.

Delivery Options

• Same-Day Delivery – Available in Kampala for orders placed before 12 PM (subject to availability).
• Standard Delivery – Nationwide via reliable courier partners.
• Store Pickup – Free at Mabirizi Complex, Level 1 - Shop 20, Kampala Road, Kampala, Uganda.

Estimated delivery times

• Kampala: Same day or next business day
• Major towns: 1–3 business days
• Upcountry / Remote Areas: 2–5 business days

Delivery fees

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location. Exact fees are shown before payment. 

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Contact support if not received within 48 hours.
