Return window

7 days from delivery date for unused items in original packaging with all accessories and tags.

Defective items & warranty

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number. We will arrange replacement or full refund.

Return process

  • Obtain return authorization
  • Ship item back to: Mabirizi Complex, Level 1 - Shop 20, Kampala Road, Kampala, Uganda

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • For same product (different model, color, or unit) after inspection
  • Invoice or refund difference if replacement product cost differs

Non-returnable items

  • Opened earphones, headphones, or personal care items
  • Used or damaged items (beyond reasonable testing)
  • Clearance / final sale items
