Delivery fees
Delivery charges depend on your location and the size of the items in your order. Typical rates are:

7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging with all accessories and tags.

- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely with original packaging
- Ship the item to our returns center
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or digital wallets for online orders. Only the payment methods listed above are available at checkout.
Cash on Delivery eligibility
COD is not available in every location. After you enter your delivery address at checkout, the payment methods available for that address are displayed. If COD is not shown, please pay with MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money.
Payment verification
We may verify payments before processing orders to ensure security. We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders for fraud or suspicious activity.
Failed or incomplete payments

Currency

Refunds
