Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted when we ship the products or send a shipment confirmation. An order confirmation email doesn't constitute acceptance.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices on the site are displayed in UGX and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without notice.
• We use secure third-party payment processors; we don't store full card numbers on our servers.
• If an item is incorrectly priced, we may contact you to confirm or cancel the order and refund any charged amount.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of damage or loss passes to you on delivery. Estimated delivery times are indicative. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately.

Returns & Refunds

See our Returns & Refunds page for full terms. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method after inspection where applicable.

Taxes

Prices include VAT. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes for deliveries outside Uganda.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before shipment by contacting support. Once shipped, follow the returns process (see Returns & Refunds).

Warranty, Defects & Replacements

Products may carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product, see product page or documentation. For defective items, contact support with your order number and photos.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopuDeals won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, except as prohibited by law. Our total liability won't exceed the purchase price paid.

All website content text, images, logos and graphics are owned by or licensed to ShopuDeals. You may not reuse site content without written permission.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Ugandan law. Any dispute will be subject to Ugandan courts.
